Job Description

PMX Lift is dedicated to supporting the sales/growth/demand of the PMX Lift products. To accommodate the increased demand and create smart plans promptly, the PMX Lift Investment arm is looking for a Supervisor to join their growing team.

On top of invaluable experience in the fast-growing, ever-evolving ATV landscape, you will benefit from high visibility with PM agency leadership and executives, the chance to work across a variety of client brands, and the opportunity to collaborate with different teams of experts.

Must haves for this role include a track record for executing campaigns in collaboration with media vendors, comfortability in a client-facing role, expertise in the advanced TV and video ecosystems, and experience with audience-based buying.

You will report to the Associate Director, PMX Lift Investment.

This is a hybrid role, requiring three days in-office each week. If you are contacted for an interview, your recruiter will discuss specifics with you, inclusive of any necessary reasonable accommodations.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the strategic planning of PMX Lift campaigns, including:
    • Collaborate with Audience Enablement team to identify and size strategic audiences
    • Request and review proposals from vendors
    • Determine strategic allocation of budgets based on client goals and audiences
    • Share recommendations with agency teams; inclusive of tactical approach and strategic rationale for each campaign
    • Partner with Activation team to ensure successful launch and pacing of campaigns
    • Work with Analytics team to set up campaign measurement, QA post campaign reports, and produce relevant insights
    • Oversee financial process – ensuring billing and reconciliation tasks are completed
  • Maintain relationships between all internal and external parties that touch PMX Lift to set campaigns up for success
  • Identify areas for opportunity to improve upon current procedures

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3 or more years of experience within an agency or media company, including client-facing responsibilities
  • Direct report management experience
  • Background in Advanced TV, including Addressable TV, DDL, or OTT
  • Experience preferred with Advanced TV platforms/vendors (examples including Ampersand, Dish, DirecTV, Disney, NBCU, LG, Vizio, Samsung, etc.)
  • Use campaign reporting resources and internal databases to inform media campaigns
  • Technical proficiency with media systems ( Prisma/MediaOcean)

Compensation Range: $70,000.00 - $117,500.00.  This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
