Job DescriptionThe Client Partnership Coordinator is a junior position that supports overall logistics, orchestration, and coordination of client partnership initiatives, both internally and externally. The coordinator supports the teams working on all aspects of Toyota’s business to deliver all campaign assets and deliverables. You will assist teammates with day-to-day tasks for projects, agency process and the workflow to create best-in-class campaigns and assets. Success for this position is measured by, but not limited to, understanding agency processes, eagerness to continually learn and grow in the position, manage multiple projects successfully to completion, and demonstrate strong organizational skills. Ideal candidates will be self-driven, organized, offer strong verbal and written communication skills, excellent time management skills, the ability to multi-task and effectively partner and collaborate across teams and agency partners.
