Job DescriptionGENERAL SUMMARY The Management Supervisor is a key contributor to departmental operations, and is specifically accountable for mentoring, daily team support and agency initiatives. Works with Group Director to maximize efficiencies and explore opportunities for improvement. Extensive interaction within the agency and daily contact with clients and outside vendors. Duties include oversight to multiple experiential program strategies, planning, budgets, executions and analysis. Should have experience in automotive and/or luxury brand experiential marketing, promotions and strategic partnerships. Must exhibit leadership skills with the ability to guide, nurture and grow the junior staff within the department. Team One is a hybrid workplace and this position is required to be in the office 3 days a week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday). Day to Day:
QualificationsAdditional Information#LI-Hybrid All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines. Compensation Range: $91,000.00 - $154,000.00 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
