Job DescriptionRazorfish VP of Program Management lead with empathy and direct focus on the broad success of the team, being accountable for the delivery team's organization, operational efficiencies, and health within their account(s). They collaborate across multiple stakeholders to inspire a "shared vision" for the combined Client and Razorfish project team. The VP, Program Management is capable of running increasingly larger and more complex programs for a client, or portfolio of programs across multiple clients and agencies, and do so with the ability to adapt quickly to change. VPs are actively mentoring and coaching next generation Program Managers are committed to growing others in their discipline.

Compensation Range: $159,500 - 250,500. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
