Job Description

  • Works closely with the paid media team, account team, external partners, and clients to coordinate and input on strategic, creative & holistic development for clients’ marketing campaigns. The Senior Program Manager’s focus is on delivery efficiency and quality, risk mitigation, and resolution 
  • Build and solidify client relationships through ongoing and successful delivery of project work
  • Work with agency, client, and third-party partners to proactively solve challenges and contribute to the development of processes that adapt to evolving business challenges, best practices, and industry  standards
  • Works with clients and discipline leads to create, manage, and update project timelines throughout the campaign lifecycle
  • Schedules internal and external meetings. Leads internal and external status calls. Distributes meeting recaps and next steps. Follows up on outstanding items.
  • Think critically to troubleshoot and identify solutions to issues occurring during the course of your project work with the best interest of the client and internal teams in mind
  • Mentor more junior members of the Project Management Team and help develop our talent pool from within

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of Account/Project Management, Marketing, or related experience working with cross-functional stakeholders, preferably for paid media campaigns
  • Experience with MS Office, JIRA, Confluence, Teams, Smartsheets and other project management tools and software is welcome
  • Demonstrated understanding of project management methodologies, process and tools including staffing, scoping, estimating, burn management is preferred
  • Ability to communicate across multiple disciplines and skill sets to pull people together and comfortability working across a large team

Compensation Range:$58 - 75/hr. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.  This role may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met.  This role may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met.
